START at paint mark on kerb stone on exit from Country Park on A1185. Proceed along slip road to join A1185 and continue to the Seal Sands roundabout with A178 - Tees Road (2.1mls), where take first exit and proceed on Tees Road to circle the Nuclear Power Station roundabout, (TURN – 4.9mls). Retrace route back to the Seal Sands roundabout and take 3rd exit onto A1185 (7.6mls).  Proceed to FINISH, at paint mark on the kerbstone, 290yds past the start.
