Start on Sir William Hill Road at Adlington Lane, opposite Fire Hydrant sign near wall and FH cover in road.  Row of 3 cottages stand back off road above.  Proceed uphill, passing Bank Top Lane (no through road) on left and then lane to Leam on right-hand side.   Finish at large stone gatepost on right, near wooden fingerpost ‘Public FP’ as road takes a sharp left-hand bend towards Eyam.   Rough track, continuation of Sir William Hill Road is forward.
