Off-road course. Start on the unclassified forest road locally known as ‘Nant Cwmwernderi’ approximately 400 yards from Goytre Road (the nearest public highway). Proceed east to the stream and then proceed west then east to follow the main forest road above Cwmwernderi Reservoir at higher level to the junction with Heol-Y-Moch (3.9 miles). Turn left and then immediately left again to proceed east on forest road before long descent to finish 100 yards before the junction back down to ‘Nant Cwmwernderi’ (5.5 miles).
