“Tempus Fugit” is Latin for “time flees (or flies)”, and this is certainly a flat, fast route. Designed as an out-and-back TT race course through the Fuego Flats desert expansion, it is the flattest route on Zwift with only ~16m of elevation gain from start to finish. Key landmarks along Fuego Flats include ancient cliff dwellings, the old town of Desert Flats, a hidden oasis with dinosaur fossils, and the 1950s-inspired resort town of Saddle Springs where riders complete the turnaround before sprinting for home.
