One of the fastest, flattest circuits in Neokyo, Neon Flats weaves through the bustling neon-lit urban centre of Makuri Islands. Starting near the Arcade paddocks, riders blast down Holo Avenue, tackle the Makuri Tower sprint, race past the Castle Park sprint, and loop along the Canal and Neokyo Bay for four blistering sprint segments on glass-smooth roads.
