Start on the Ufford - Marholm road at the T-junction to Ashton.  Proceed in the direction of Marholm until the crossroads with King Street (after approximately 400 yards. Turn left onto King Street.   Proceed north along King Street to join the B1443 at Helpston.  Proceed along the B1443 to Bainton village where turn left opposite the church onto the Ufford Road.  Proceed to Ufford village and continue to the start point.  Repeat the above circuit to finish at the start point.
