Start on Old Fossr Road (A46) approximately half a mile South of Edan Hall roundabout an d 80 meters South of the junction to Syerston (SK 741 476).

Proceed to junction and  turn left to pass over the A46 flyover and turn left onto the A46 sliproad to join the A46 South Bound. 

Proceed South bound on the A46 to take the slip road at Kinoulton junction ( Approx 12.7 miles) (SK 654 304) pass over the A46 keeping Left to take slip road and join the A46 North bound (Approx 13 miles).

Proceed Northbound to take the slip road to Flintham (Sk 735 469) at the top of the junctiom turn left and finsh at lay by ( SK 732 470) (25.02 miles)
