The event HQ is 0.5 miles from Bayford Railway station. There is only limited parking at the headquarters.
The guest members fee if £5.00, both cash and card payment are accepted. The guest fee includes tea and coffee. Homemade cake, fresh fruit or biscuits are available as well depending on the weather. Vegan and gluten free catered for

From the start at the top of hill at the west end of the village, ride through the village and down towards Hertford (4.3 km). Turn left at the T junction on to the B158. Pass the turn into Bayfordbury and the left turn up to Bayford, and take the left turn up Robins Nest Hill (7.6km). Pass Stockings Lane and Bucks Alley and turn left at the war memorial triangle into Little Berkhamsted (9.5km). Ride through the village, down and up a dip and past the Beehive pub, then turn next left into White Stubbs Lane (11km). After 700 metres turn left again into Ashendene Road (11.7km). At the Bayford triangle turn right (13.4km), descend and pass Bayford station and up the hill to the finish (14.6km).
