REMINDER that affiliations for 2027 are due from 1st October 2026. Log into to your club’s page on the Cycling Time Trials web site where you can renew online.

9. Election of National Council Delegates to the National Council Meeting AGM on Sunday 24 January 2027 at the Leonardo Hotel, Hinckley Island, Watling Street, Hinckley, LE10 3JA.
The district has more than 45 registered clubs so are entitled to send 4 delegates.
Not all the delegates need to attend as there is a facility to nominate a proxy to use their vote; this can be one of the attending delegates.
All delegates must be members of the District Committee.

10. 2027 SEDC Open/Association events - Date Fixing meeting.

During the week commencing Monday 21 December 2026, one copy of the National Council AGM agenda will be emailed to each member of CTT; three copies will be emailed to the secretary of each club or organization then affiliated to CTT; and one copy will be emailed to each District Secretary.
